To ensure a successful installation, the following steps are recommended:
- Gather two people to complete the installation, as the product is heavy.
- If mounting the rack directly on drywall, drill holes for plastic anchors. The recommended drill bit size is 1/4 inch, and the minimum hole depth should be 1.57 inches.
- For concrete wall mounting, select the appropriate drill bit size based on the actual conditions.
- Assemble all the pipes together first, then attach the flange bases to the pipe frame. If the angles are not aligned after assembly, it is advised to loosen several pieces slightly to make the necessary adjustments.
- One person should hold up the entire clothes rack and align the flange bases on the wall, while the other person marks the midpoint of all the holes on the wall with a pencil.
- Drill holes in the marked spots.
- Slide the plastic anchors into the wall.
- One person should hold up the clothes rack and align the mounting holes with the plastic anchors, while the other person secures the rack to the wall by driving screws into each anchor.
